Although I had to wait for about 20 minutes, I didn’t mind because the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I love my hair and the colour is perfect!

The salon was running so late that they couldn’t fit me in. Would have had to wait over an hour. Very frustrating, they should have contacted me in advance.
