I booked an appointment with cinzia and did not get cinzia to do my hair. Although the actual haircut was very nice, the experience I had was sub par. I was told to come 15 minutes later than my appointment then asked to wait for 35 minutes after this. The salon did not look clean to me and people were having their hair washed without anything being cleaned (seats etc). The hairdresser I had was actually very good and I like my haircut, but I would not visit it again because of the experience.

Cinzia was wonderful! She made me feel very welcome and gave me so much confidence talking through my hair troubles and providing affordable solutions. The wash, cut and blow dry was quick without feeling rushed and I am very pleased with the result. I will be returning for sure!
