Although the venue was really busy (they were having a wedding) Michele was great with the cut. I got exactly the cut I wanted and the products they use are also really good.

I’ve been here a few times before and normally it’s ok, but unfortunately this time was quite an unpleasant experience. The haircut took less than ten minutes and I was sat on an uncomfortable plastic dining chair, not very professional. They were overbooked and it would have been nice to get at least an apology from the hairdresser who was running 50 minutes late.
