I genuinely don't think Michele could have done a better job - I went for a Balayage/Haircut/Blowdry. It was my first time getting balayage/highlights so wanted a really natural look, and Michele did so amazing - it was exactly what I asked for and wanted. I couldn't have had a better experience, I'll definitely be back!
