I usually love Civette hair, the stylists are fun and friendly and I’ve always been happy with my cuts in the past. This time they were way over booked and had been working non stop for 12 hours, so were exhausted by the time they got to me. I had to wait an hour for my trim and fringe cut, and when she finally got to me she completely half assed it and literally just snipped my fringe with one cut and now I look ridiculous. Very disappointing after waiting patiently for so long.
