Sadly a horrid experience. My appointment was at the end of the day and the hairdresser rushed. My blonde foils were removed too soon and although the back and sides of my hair were lovely, the top of my hair was orange. I returned a few days later to have it fixed and received hostile treatment. The hairdresser barely spoke to me, washed my toner off without conditioning my hair and didn't offer an apology. I left in tears, and needless to say, still have orange hair. No-go stylist for blonde!!

I have been to civette a few times before and usually it’s ok but this time was horrible. I know it is busy but I arrived and was left waiting for 1 hour before my hair cut then received no apology or explanation. The stylist didn’t listen to my request and cut my hair far too short and didn’t style my fringe how I asked so I now need to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I ended up missing my dinner reservation and now have a horrible hair cut. Worst experience.
