Worst haircut and experience I’ve had in London. Carla was very dismissive and distracted. Cut was much shorter and layered extensively despite requesting the opposite. Hugely disappointed with the result, was not a relaxing experience and will not be returning.

Went for a cut and blow dry and Cinzia was just great! Very friendly and she knows exactly how to cut/blow dry your hair to make it look amazing!
