It was a great experience, she was extremely welcoming and was very understanding as to how I wanted my haircut. She was quick and efficient and the end result was great and good prices - especially considering it is London so that was great too!

I hate giving bad reviews but I need to warn people off the permanent waves here. The atmospherethere is nice and friendly but I didn't get the hair I wanted. We talked through what I wanted, she understood and asked the right questions [loose waves, not curly spirals] only to end up looking like a sheep. The minute I got home I washed my hair hoping it will loosen it and then washed again this morning but still looking very very curly and frizzy... I'm sorry, they are really nice...

Wow! Best salon. Highly recommend . Professional and extremely friendly . And not to mention very decent prices for West London. The blow dry itself took half the time of most salons (have very thick hair) and the results were fantastic ! Highly recommend!!
