Really unhappy. 1) I booked with Vittoria and 1 min before my apt it changes to Cinza 2) My hair looks nothing like what I asked for 3) It states 1hr 15 and the apt took 2hrs 40. How can you start on 2 other clients without finishing your first?

Nobody does the bowdry lasting as long as the girls in Civette’s salon. My hair looks so perfect even after 5-6 days. My favourite place
