My blow dry was great - lovely wave to my big thick unruly hair, so I was very happy! Thanks
I thought the service quality was decent, but was disappointed by the staff haggling over the price with me as soon as I sat down. The immediately declared my hair longer than the guidelines in the blow dry package I had bought, and I had to show them that they're wrong, since my hair fell within the length description on their webpage. They didn't apologize for the mistake, and made me feel like they were doing me a favor.
My stylist was lovely and I’m very happy with my highlights. And the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
I love my new colour that the hair stylist recommend. I'll be going back for a haircut soon. Recommended.
First of all the price was great! On arrival, the staff were so welcoming and friendly! Service was amazing and even when they go very busy I was still treated well! Unlike some places... love my new highlights!
