Not even close to what I asked for. Stylist decided to cut my hair short after being told I was growing it out and only wanted it to be thinned out a bit.

Booked a haircut via Treatwell which was meant to be 25% off for first time customers. They have charged me full price for it instead. When questioned, the salon said they can’t do anything and didn’t even try to help and I’m still waiting for a response from Treatwell! I need this sorted ASAP please.
