Went for a trim and wanted to add some layers. The stylist cut more than agreed. Also the layers look very chopped, uneven. she grabbed some of my hair and cut it in half. Now I have shorter hair at random parts of my head and longer look much thinner.for blow dry I wanted delicate waves and left with curls covered in hairspray. The stylist pulled my hair and head a lot when cutting and styling, also burning my head with dryer.she didn't brush my hair at all and midcut said she's in a rush

Decent if you're wanting a quick, easy cut, although I like going to get my hair done as a treat and this didn't really feel like a treat. It did feel a bit rushed, my hairdresser was lovely but not super chatty. Also had some problems as I pre-paid via TreatWell and they didn't have it recorded on their system but showed them the receipt and it was fine in the end!
