Grumpy hair stylists - last 2 visits I've been a little disappointed. But the last stylist was actually rude and questioned me over my choice of dry cut, which is quicker and cheaper. He moaned saying I'd have to have sprayed wet hair (of course) and gave me quite a boring Bob. The previous man didn't talk much either. I was uncomfortable but put it down to ageism! I've had great cuts there in the past and it's good you can still walk in but this is obviously under new management. I worry that I will probably have a terrible cut next time! There are some brilliant stylists and I know they work hard with long hours. Customer service is however very important!
