Marred by my error in booking short hair as I do with Zig Zag (they have short and long 2 choices). I was given an icy look as the receptionist marched past me to get the manager. Who told me my error, it was my fault I booked the appt at 1am, 10 hrs earlier. I thought I was going to be asked to leave. I said Of course I'd pay the difference. No smiles or thankyou. Just a bit frosty.
But my hair stylist was really friendly and warm luckily. She took the tension away. Gave me a nice cut saying I won't need to come back for 3 months. I will be back. It's a busy business, bums on seats, not the met relaxing environment but good for a fast cut.
Compared to others it's slightly overpriced.

Silvie washed and blow dried my hair, she was very friendly and professional! She gave me a lovely scalp massage and great tips for my hair. I got compliments from my boyfriend for my hair style and felt very confident!
