Great value service from this salon. Although the actual waxing was fairly brutal and left me bruised for a few days. I was the 1st appointment of the day, but had to wait a while. Luckily the therapist was very fast so the pain was for a short period and I was out in 20 minutes.
The first time I went here I was really impressed with the waxing treatment - whilst I was there a member of staff told me if you go somewhere with a voucher the staff tend to do a quick job because they know you won't come back, when I came back to this salon it seemed clear that they were only doing a 'half job' in comparison to the first time, even though I paid an extra £5 on top of my voucher to go from a Brazilian to a Hollywood. I guess this is the downfall to getting vouchers because I really loved it the first time!
Such a fantastic place with an amazing service. Staff is very brilliant. The most ideal Institut in London also for waxing! I will come back every time now :) The best I knew . Thanks Treatwell I was desperate before with waxing ! Now I am quite with CleoWimbledon.
Lovely masseuse, but very chatty when I just wanted to relax. She was very attentive and tried her best with my knots.
The customer service to begin with was rubbish! No smiles, just generally a bit awkward. When I was taken in the room, I was told to "get myself ready", wasn't asked if i had been for a wax before/told what to expect etc. And I was expecting to pay £15, as stated on Treatwell, but was charged £10 extra for a hot wax, which wasn't given as an option on the app. I wasn't given anything to cover myself after i had taken my lower clothing off, even though the door to the room opened out in to the corridor of the salon. The lady didn't even knock to ask if I was decent, just walked on in!! She was generally nice through the procedure, which did make me feel better about the experience at the time. I wasn't given an opportunity to check the wax (done in less than 20 minutes, even though the slot is for an hour). I was disappointed that she didn't actually remove any hair from the back! And now I have got home, and embarrassingly, the lower half of my cheeks were stuck together due to a hardened piece of wax being left there - stuck in the hair she didn't remove! I can also see now that there are so many stray hairs all over. Just a disappointing experience overall. So I'm not going to have to complete the job myself!!
