Cleo is lovely and the treatment staff have been very good and extremely friendly both times I have been. I will definitely go again and would recommend.

Staff make you feel welcome and at ease. Very efficient waxing process, and made as pain free as possible. Now my regular place for waxing.

Very poor facial, music dreadful, expected a marching band at one stage. Therapist skimped on product and didn't help that I could hear another customer having a row with the staff.
Wouldn't use again but may have been bad luck on my part as in general reviews are good.
