aroma therapy massage - initially had no aromatherapy oils, finally found 1 after a fairly long conversation; massage was so-so and felt aggressive on some areas, more like a gentle rub on others
facial - not a relaxing experience, felt like my mum was washing my face with a facecloth; there was no enquiry into type of skin/any issues etc but a nice non-irritating moisturiser was used in the end
staff - didn't have enough English to be able to deal with queries, but did manage to ask for a tip

The head massage consisteted of head press/squeezes only apart from 3 rubs on my forehead and 3 brief (and I mean brief) rubs of my neck. The rest of the time the masseuse just basically moved her fingers to different spots on my head and pressed. It was the most bizarre and repetitive massage I've ever received.
