I always go here for my pedicure and have always had a great experience. However, my last visit was very disappointing. The lady doing my treatment had very poor english, could not work the massage chair and then told me to turn it off whilst doing my nails which none of the other therapists had done before. At the end of the sesison she asked me if I was happy and I had to ask her to remove the nail polish that had been left on the skin around my toes - definitely not professional and very disappointing,
If I book here again I will try and ensure that I don't get the same therpaist. The quality of staff certainly seems to have slipped - another lady sat near to me having a manicure was spoken to very rudely by the nail technician - absolutely terrible customer service.

Started massage 15 mins late, massage should have been an hour but was only 50 mins and it felt like the girl wasn't trained, could have been anyone giving a massage. Front desk lady was nice but the place seems unorganised to me, not worth it .
