I think I was just unlucky, the place seems nice enough and some of the staff seem lovely. However the person who did my treatment clearly didn't want to be there. I paid for a full pedicure with shellac which was advertised as an hour - it was all done in 30 minutes, but other clients whose pedicures started before mine were still being treated long after me. Overall the pedicure was ok though, the shellac lasted. I also booked a manicure, which I was unimpressed with - the shellac only lasted only 4 days. I won't be returning.

A lovely staff member removed my gel, she did a good job. It was quite slow and not the best results as nails were very scuffed which I got fixed at another salon. But overall it was fine and they did the job

Another satisfied treatment but I must say that is only because I got it done by Pooja. Had a horrible experience once when Pooja wasn't available. So I would say, if you get the right staff, this place is great! I wouldn't go there if I cannot book the staff I prefer.
