The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming, I was seen straight away and led into a small room for my massage. The massage was wonderful but some background music would have been nice.

It was great. The beautician (who happened to be Italian) was lovely - very friendly and great at her job. The atmosphere was good and very professional. It's also fantastic that they open on a Sunday.
