Ladies' Waxing
I had a Brazillian Hot wax and it wasn't painful, great result.
This salon is at a brilliant location and the prices are very reasonable.
Would recommend.
Ladies' Waxing
Basic pedicure. Not much work done on cuticles and rough spots. It's ok for a quick polish change and clean-up.
Pedicure
I always go here for my pedicure and have always had a great experience. However, my last visit was very disappointing. The lady doing my treatment had very poor english, could not work the massage chair and then told me to turn it off whilst doing my nails which none of the other therapists had done before. At the end of the sesison she asked me if I was happy and I had to ask her to remove the nail polish that had been left on the skin around my toes - definitely not professional and very disappointing,
If I book here again I will try and ensure that I don't get the same therpaist. The quality of staff certainly seems to have slipped - another lady sat near to me having a manicure was spoken to very rudely by the nail technician - absolutely terrible customer service.
