Incredibly disappointed and angry at the service I received in Cleo Clinic Wimbledon. I came in for eyebrow threading and an upper lip wax. First of all the lady was not very welcoming and came across as quite rude and abrupt. She first threaded my eyebrows which I was very satisfied with but once she had waxed my upper lip and asked me to check it in the mirror. I noticed she had left a large clump of hair at the point of my cuspids bow. Therefore I asked if she could remove it. Without even asking she went into thread it which was not what I had asked for. I then told her I would prefer not to thread the hair as I found it quite painful. She then rolled her eyes at me and got the wax. This then soon led to her ripping the skin off my lip! She then walked off without even saying a word and joined her colleagues at the desk, leaving me on the chair. I left the salon feeling quite annoyed and disappointed with the attitude of cleo clinics employees and the service they had provided. It wasn't until I arrived home 20 minutes later I realised the wax had completely ripped away the skin on my lip, causing it to swell and sting! I did not feel as though the manager on the desk was at all approachable as it was very obvious I was not happy with the treatment and she did not even say a polite thank you or goodbye as I left. Manners are incredibly important in a business and the Cleo Clinic employees clearly do not attain these at all.
I would not reccommend the service and I shall not be returning again.
My appointment was slightly changed by the beauty institute a few hours before it was due which was no problem for me.
The young lady was polite with me; she didn't seem very happy but she made huge efforts to be nice.
The only thing that makes me hesitate come back for the same treatment is that I'm not sure they clean the files in between clients (if they do, I'd like them to do it right before they use the files, in front of me)... But maybe that's only me!

Treatment room was very cold and therapist inexperienced - venue not very clean
The Massage itself was really really good. The woman who did it clearly knew what she was doing and always asked if the pressure was OK when she moved onto a new part. She was very nice and professional and I definitely rate her.
The spa itself is OK. I have been to places that are a lot better. I have had a really terrible manicure from there so I would definitely not recommend you go there for your nails. However, all of the massages I have there are fab.
