I have been here twice but unfortunately both times went very wrong.
The place is nice but the staff is not very friendly unfortunately.
Last time I went fir a Brazilian wax, they put me in a room were the bed didn't have any clean paper on it and there were some used towels on the floor. When I tried to say something the staff just looked at me saying "what do you want?", it was really rude.
The wax itself wasn't even good enough both times.
The end: I will never come back here!!!

I booked this after reading some less than great reviews as I thought 'it's only a wax right?' oh how wrong I was. I've tried to explain just how awful this experience was to my friends but I really can't reenact it to the full extend. The beautician had obviously had a stressful day so at first I gave her the benefit of the doubt but the procedure continued to be an absolute nightmare. Having only ever had an extended bikini wax before I voiced my concerns at the beginning which were pretty much ignored. The procedure was unbearably painful and the beautician made remarks such as 'if you cant take pain why did you book it' (I have never had any problems with pain before), 'why did you book a Brazilian if you haven't ever had one before' (everyone has to start somewhere right?) and 'look you're sweating this isn't helping me' (I can't actually control my bodies reaction I'm afraid)! The wax took her just under 15 minutes (she obviously wanted me gone), she left me completely red with odd patches of hair still remaining. In relation to the remaining patches she commented 'I haven't done it all as it is your first time, we will do it all next time' - sorry what? Not wanting to stay in her company any longer I accepted this and ran out of the salon as fast as I could never ever to return again. This is the first time that I haven't tipped a beautician in my life. Be warned and avoid!

Treatment was nice and staff and vey warm and friendly. Ambience of the salon could be improved - just some background music would make a big difference.
