Was a different experience no music or anything so you could hear the staff out the back talking and making food in the microwave. Limited selection of colours. The lady who did my nails was lovely but I think inexperienced the painted on my fingers and didn't remove so being shellac once you had base and 2 coats then top coat it was thick and hard and she just ignores it going over on my skin. It was done pretty fast so a bit messy. Trying to pick it off my skin the next day meant some of it came off my nail. Don't think I'll be back. Also the prices in there booklets at the salon were different to the prices on here.
There was a misunderstanding and the lady that was supposed to see me took someone else so I had to wait until another 30min until another arrived from her morning commute. The service I went for was described as a shellac pedicure. In reality I just got a removal/ reapplication of shellac nail polish and the salon charged me an extra 10£ for removing the shellac. I would have expected the costs to be more transparent and the service to be described in more details so that i knew what I was in for. All in all, I thought 40£ to remove and reapply shellac was a bit of the pricy side. Nails look good though...
was my first visit, staff seemed freindy enough - the lady i met that although i cant remember her name right now (sorry) was really nice, she gave me a really nice massage too!
