In the past has been very good but this time wasn't so great. They didn't have booked on the system properly but I was more than happy to wait. Instead the beautician huffed and made it quite clear how annoyed she was that I was booked in, kept watching the clock, wouldn't stop talking about her laser client and made me feel like that was more important to her. I had hot wax, which can't be rushed and it was. The strips were pulled before they were ready, it was very painful. Lots of areas were missed too because it was so rushed. Won't be returning, disappointed as usually so happy with the outcome.

I received several back / neck / shoulder massages from FEDERICA during the past 12 months. Her overall service / friendliness / professionalism / helpfulness / understanding provided during all my massages was really supreme (biggest understatement this century) !! Therefore, I recommend FEDERICA unreservedly so you can be treated likewise: ask if FEDERICA can provide your treatment(s) required because she does not provide all treatments in the Clinic (unfortunately)...
