The staff are lovely. There is no evidence that tools used for nails or face are sterilised. There is no relaxing ambience. I didn't come there for that so I didn't miss it but the chairs are torn, the music is a too-loud pianist playing the same track over and over. But lovely sweet staff. Did the required job.

Overall I had a good experience. The lady who treated me was very nice.
The leg waxing was efficient. The room was lovely and warm for the massage.
Problem with the aromatherapy massage was that I had a bed without a head hole.
I was told that other rooms had beds with head holes, but not to worry as she would work on my neck when I turned over!
This seemed a little obscurd.
I had come to deal with stiffness and muscle tension, not to have it caused and then relieved!
Nevertheless the massage itself was good.
Unfortunately the Indian head massage was not good.
I felt like I was having my head scratched the whole time, with also quite a lot of painful pulling my hair inadvertently while doing the scratchy motions.
I am not convinced that this lady was trained in Indian Head massage.
