Best facial ever. I booked this at the last minute on a rainy Sunday as a break. I wasn't expecting much as there were still appointments available. What a pleasant surprise! The Swedish Massage was very relaxing, professional and thorough. The facilal, however, was amazing. Days later and my face is still glowing. I loved that, unlike some salons, when the mask was setting Jackie stayed in the room and gave me a shoulder/neck massage. She even finished the treatment with a scalp massage. I left floating. It was so good I booked a package of 4 more when I left!

I went in a for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The lady who did both for me was new and it took her over 2.5 hours to complete everything because she kept looking for equipment and wasn't very sure about a lot of things. She proceeded to rush my manicure in the end because it was closing time and she was ready to go home. When I told her I didn't like how the colour we decided on for my manicure was see thru because she was in a rush she just gave the impression that that is the colour you chose. She offered no alternative solutions to remedy the situation. She couldn't even figure out how to repair my broken nail. I had to suggest maybe glue and then buffering as my nails are natural. The staff were quite unprofessional as they kept bickering among themselves and were not very professional with each other. Overall the whole experience was not value for the money. I would only return in an absolute emergency with no other choice. Experience left much to be desire.
