Treatment was ok but not relaxing. The music kept jumping and sticking and staff were having a loud conversation. The overall experience wasn't great would not return there.

My family and have been going for the last 3 years as it is convenient, Central and the staff always try to get me in an appointment asap. We love the walk in approach for the threading service. The threading booth needs to keep their area a little more neatly as well as the area around the bathroom. But overall a comfortable experience when we go and we never had any problems. They are honest and fair and even called me immediately when they overcharged me due too miscommunication between staff. The online booking system is a game changer. Loved it.

My first time having this done. The lady was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. My eyelashes had not been growing due to pregnancy. The extensions were quite long but that's because I wasn't sure what I wanted. However she trimmed them down until I was satisfied with the length. I know for next time what size I would start with now!
I now feel like a lady again!

I recommend you made it clear you do not cater for men before me up. Thank you completing the massage, but the whole experience made extremely awkward as a result. I will not be returning, despite the massage being ok.
