I didn't have the treatment as the therapist advised me that it may damage my sensitive skin following consultation looking at my face. I think she may be right having read up on this since so I was very grateful for her honest advice! I had a standard facial instead and she even gave me the balance as a gift card as the treatment I had was actually a little cheaper. Excellent facial. Rooms could do with a little bit of flair, all a bit plain and drab. Treatment was excellent.

A shame you can't leave no stars... The paper sheet hadn't been changed. I had to ask for this to be done despite 5 members of staff sitting round not doing anything when I arrived, you would expect the room to be prepped & cleaned prior to arrival. There was leftover paper littered in the room too. The towel I was expected to use to cover up was also filthy, covered in wax and hairs. Didn't go through with the wax as felt that if these basics weren't done, the wax itself was likely to be unhygienic and dirty and didn't want to risk an infection from a dirty wax.
