I came to get an express facial and I was advised that I won't need to do it after as my skin is naturally well maintained.
So happy that they didn't make me change or persuade to go for a more expensive one.

Unfortunately I have to tune in with all the negative comments. I had bikini wax done in this salon, outcome - never again. Firstly, I had to wait 20 minutes, even though I was on time. During the treatment itself it's really unprofessional to complain about "all the bookings we have today, I'm too tired to do it, not a moment of rest", just FYI. Additionally, I had to ask for some oil after treatment,which was so patchy I had to book an appointment in a different salon. It total waxing was 10(!) minutes, which explains such a poor quality. Really a shame because the location could not be better.
