Staff sat around watching me and were not very polite to customers entering the store. Barely any conversation at all with my manicurist. They appeared to run out of change and kept impolitely asking customers to pay in smaller amounts (which they often couldn't) Just left the store and noticed 3 of my nails had smudged already, went back to get it resolved only to have the same thing happen as I left due to the manicurist not ensuring my nails were properly dry when I left. Poor experience.
