The lady was nice but technically not the best. The place was a little unclean, without anywhere to put my things. They were accommodating by adding my underarm wax into my appt. She left me covered in bits of wax, lotion and talc -gross! And she didn't check in with me on how I liked my Brazilian and hasn't left a strip at all so not feeling the most confident down there! Will NOT be going back unless I have a wax emergency.
