The therapist burnt me (i blistered), most painful wax ever. The salon lied about what happened (including the manager). They don’t have a valid liability insurance certificate. Unsafe, unscrupulous & dangerous. Also ruined my jumper getting wax all over it and lied about it.

Very good value and friendly, gentle staff. My only ‘complaint’ lies in the fact that I didn’t check carefully that all the hair had been taken off - there were unwaxed patches.
