Lovely staff and the new salon set up is great. I thought the express manicure would include cuticle trimming but it was only pushing them back. I think the differences in treatments should be explained better so that customers know exactly what to expect.

Overall job of brows was good, however quite a bit of powder was left smeared around the edges of the brows, and I had to go around and tidy up with a cotton bud when I got home.
