Asked for Brazilian, was given a Hollywood without any discussion, although a lot of hair remaining and came home stuck together with wax. They would not remove hair from the bikini line as it ‘wasn’t included’, not a problem I’ve encountered elsewhere. Staff were overfamiliar and a little rude, I did not feel comfortable and would not go back.

My beautician was very nice and friendly. the salon had no background/ambience music playing thich felt a little awkward. the treatment was great, I'd never had a paraffin wax pedicure before and I will definitely go back.
