there was a little confusion over treatment times and therapists. This appeared to be to do with the manner in which Treatwell's systems work. It meant I had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment.
This has not happened before. Staff sorted the problems and the waxing was great.

The salon changed the wax they use and I'm slightly allergic to the new wax. The price has recently gone up hence the 4 stars for value.
