There was a slight issue with the online system booking being ahead of the actual time, and I was told that I was late for my appointment even though I was on time. It was slightly chaotic as people had been double booked. Good treatments though and very good value

It's a good spot if you are on a budget, like myself. The staff are nice. I will admit that there isn't really a sense of ambience in the treatment rooms, i.e. no music. Prices are fair, especially for the area, which is what keeps me going. I did feel that it was a bit of a spotty wax last time and only noticed some missed hairs and sticky lines of wax residue here and there once I was out shopping.
