Lovely staff and very thorough wax, but the most painful I’ve had in a while. I’ve been waxing for years and am accustomed to the pain, so I’m not sure what made this one hurt more - maybe going over the same areas a few times but hard to tell. Overall, the wax was incredibly thorough, so would still recommend.
