The floor was dirty and had 4 pieces of rubbish paper on it. The towel that was used for my pedicure had dried nail polish on it. There was 6 staff on the floor and 4 of them never smiled and was grumpy the whole time. The staff member doing my mani and pedi and shellac removal was Great. Very friendly and very nice. They didnt have the colour I wanted so chose another and after choose eventually 6 times later they had enough to do nails. Got no discount for that, costed me £61... wont be going again.
