Worst salon I’ve been too.
No atmosphere, completely silent and staff don’t speak.
Asked 3/4 times for my nails to be filed Square. She filed them round, had to sit there and file them myself.
Was due to have shellac removal and shellac manicure - walked out after removal.

Had a great Shellac manicure with Pritti who had great attention to detail - spent a long time shaping, sorting cuticles etc before painting.
Only thing which could be improved is ambience - lots of staff coming and going from behind the desk so not that relaxing to sit at the nail station next to it.
Good place to drop into though for a decent mani.

it didn't start well... I booked last minute and there was confusion as to if they were going to do it or not. There is no consultation form to fill in, which is not good, and the therapist doing my treatment didn't seem overly happy that she had to do it. The music in the room was too loud to start with and she kept leaving at the start of the massage to fix it, which was a little disjointed to the start... however, the massage itself when she got going, was great. A little more attention to the problems areas would have been better, (as there was no real consultation, she didn't really know what I needed...) but overall it was a nice treatment. She's a great therapist.
