Staff friendly enough but the appointment was rushed and finished in half the time allocated. As a result it was not a flawless finish. By taking the time it would have been more enjoyable and the result better.

I booked this because it seemed like a good deal, and was really disappointed. They were running late which was ok, but no-one seemed to know why I was there and kept asking me if I wanted threading.
I had my wax 20 mins late. The woman was pretty brusque. The room and equipment was grubby and there was no towel to cover up while I had my leg wax. There were no paper knickers. At the end, I was covered in bits of wax. There are patches she missed, including one big area, which I only realised once she had left. I had booked a manicure for afterwards and as I'd already dressed and was back out in the main room I didn't want to go back in, undress, and make a fuss.
The manicure was better but the equipment was filthy and old. The girl doing it was more friendly but by this point I'd switched off and just wanted to leave.
When paying there were about 6 people standing around listening so I didn't say anything. It was on offer and I just wanted to get home but I won't be going back.
