It's not the first time I've had a massage at Cleo, I have had several amazing experiences,however this was the worst of the worst. I had a different lady to the three ladies I have had before and she seemed to keep stopping every minute to have a chat or wash her hands or do something. She then said I like to put tissue over the head bit,as well so ask me to hold my head up so she can rearrange the way the bed is,while I'm on it. She kept talking about how qualified she is, which made me think hmm is she not that qualified. I could go on. Overall the staff member just ruined the experience for me and I will make sure not to have her again.
