Awful!! Had a Hollywood Wax with Reema, and mind you I have been having waxes for over 13 years now, this was undoubtedly the WORST I have ever had. She was rude, rough and very painful. I would NOT recommend going here EVER. Honestly go anywhere else.

Julia was really nice and made me feel comfortable. The salon was okay, seemed clean and the room looked fairly nice. Some staff didn't say much or maintain eye contact but Julia was really good. My wax was good, as painless and fast as it could be. Would go again to see Julia.
