They were short staffed, so very stressed and nobody knew where to sit and wait. Good for just a quick shellac removal but wouldn’t recommend for an enjoyable relaxing experience.

Amazing wax! Quick and completely thorough! Loved our chat! Absolutely brilliant lady, she made me laugh, we talked about so much it felt like she was a friend I hadn't seen in years. Walked out feeling super smooth and satisfied with the quality of the wax I received.
Wall had some spillage stains on it. Dusty faux floral arrangements, poor choice in magazines near waiting area. Waiting area too close to work nail station. Very strange decor, very empty store especially for a busy time of the week. Staff speAking openly about business matters on the shop floor, can be seen as unprofessional in my line of work. Strange that even though booked through treatwell - had to pay store price rather that ln that stated on treatwell website.
Other than that, quick service, great service- would go again and recommend to friends and family if I wasn't so into customer service. Looks like they just need the customers and some professional customer service training for their staff and they'll be on their way!
