Sadly this place has gone down hill over the past 12 months. I used to go there regularly but won’t be going anymore. Had a wax but I’m sure they used the wrong type of wax (I asked for hot wax) as it was nothing like I have seen before. The therapist didn’t let the wax dry before trying to remove it which makes it more painful, also she was rubbing baby powder into the wax after applying it to try to set it? Although a lot of the hairs were removed cleanly, I did have to ask her to do a few patches she had missed and on closer inspection a lot of hairs had been broken rather than ripped out.
Also the therapist left the room a few times mid wax and on a couple of occasions left the door open! Such a shame as this salon used to be great.
