Booked an appointment for Saturday morning to get a manicure and pedicure before going to a wedding. Arrived at my appointment time only to be told that the technician wasn't arriving for over an hour. They only said they could try to call her and maybe get me in in 45 min. As I was headed to a wedding I definitely didn't have that option.
I would have at least appreciated a phone call to tell me so I didn't come all the way in. Thankfully found another place nearby that was able to at least do my fingers! Wont bother going back here.
