Unfortunately, this was not a great manicure. Anju was perfectly nice, but the process was rushed and the polish job was sloppy. I had to go home and fix the edges and clean out from under my nails due to the filing process. Manicurist also used the same files on my fingernails as she did for the woman next to me getting her pedicure, which was not clean or sanitary. I will not be returning.

Lovely facial, shoulder massage and overall treatment. Aircon very welcome in the heat! I wasn’t asked about allergies or preferences in advance and treatment was 45 mins not an hour but would return.

Horrible service. I was hoping for a proper gel procedure but this was just application. I paid £35 to just get nail paint applied to me toes. The person seemed so disinterested and cut me off mid sentence when i tried to explain what I wanted done. I even pointed out that it was not done properly but she brushed it off. Never going here again. If there's any fairness please refund my money. Thanks!
