Very bad experience. The woman was very unfriendly and repeatedly poured burning hot wax on areas that she had just waxed, even after I told her it was too painful. She blamed me for having course hair and said that’s why it was painful. She was blowing on the wax before putting it on me, which I’m guessing is unhygienic. I will not be returning.

DO NOT GO. Such a terrible experience. When I Iay down the lady put warm wax on instead of hot wax, and when I flinched she told me I’d booked the wrong treatment and needed the hot wax, which i then told her I had booked. She said there were two people with my name that had booked but I find that hard to believe. She didn’t do it in small goes she smothered the whole area in wax and tried to rip it off all at once. I was so sore and when I looked down I burst into tears because there was so much blood, especially where she used the warm wax which still hurts and somehow broke the skin. There are patches she didn’t finish but I wanted to leave so much I didn’t get it finished. So bad.
