took over 3h for a manicure and pedicure both of which were really disappointing, pedicure was rushed through and the varnish was patchy, manicure (gels) had to be taken off and redone after my nails were filed to nothing and the gel was lumpy and on my skin. another manicurist had to finish. appointment at 11.45, left gone 3 for 2 treatments and I had to ask 4 times for a glass of water!
