Julia is fantastic. But apart from Julia staff at this venue range from being very friendly and welcoming to being cold and making you feel like you are annoying them by booking in.

The treatment started 15 mins late and was totally ignored for the first 5 minutes of waiting.
I booked a shellac express manicure (30 mins) but it was rushed and completed in 20 mins.
Some of the nails are ok but 2 are really uneven and have been applied far too thickly. Interestingly when I was there someone called about a shellac treatment they had had the day before but needed to come back in as there was a problem with it.
Salon isn’t that clean either.
Won’t bother going back.
