Although Ruby was perfectly nice however I asked for short nails and she did not listen. When I requested them to be shorter, she used the nail file to scrub them down rather than a nail file. The UV lamp did not work and required Ruby to keep squeezing the broken machine together and tapping the inside to make the light come on. Not at all professional and not what you would expect for a £25 treatment.
