The therapist Reema was really professional and friendly .
Unfortunately the saloon opened at 10:00 and my appointment was at 9:30 , so I have to wait .
This is the second time that treatwell has allowed me to book myself for 9:30 and the salon does open until 10:00 .
Very bad management !
But the therapist as I mentioned is lovely and professional .
